this was the worst summer ive ever experienced
so bad i havent written lj since june
thats when things started sucking
between being homeless
not seeing sofie as often as i wanted to
moving left and right
being broke
being in debt
losing a long friend to douchebaggery
things are finally up
we have a nice house
with great roommates
all i need is well yeah...

and somehow and i have no idea how i think i may have completely fucked up one of the best friendships ive ever had

do i just have qualities that make people get annoyed with me but they think im too sensitive to be told of these qualities
am i making a mountain out of a molehill
i hate being lied to and i hate being ignored
does the fact that i try to be a good person end up screwing me over in the long run?

last night
andy thought he was fucking johnny cash
with his 12 pack and was downing beers on 7th street
"i don't give a fuck man it's sxsw"
i have his 12 pack in hand
were walking down the street and a cop yells out HEY!
i stop and look over
andy's like keep going its po po
he discards his beer and i continue to walk up the street
until this cop grabs me by the arm and drags me back to his police car
looking like a six year old who just got caught looking up a girl's dress
he asks me for my id
i show him im 21 and tell him i wasn't drinking
and that i didn't do anything illegal
he tells me im being a smartass
and im trying to be as respectful as possible
he asks me where im from
and i tell him san antonio
he then asks me "would you talk to a san antonio cop like that?"
i tell him im not doing anything wrong and im not being disrespectful
i dont see what was wrong with the way i was talking
i told him im not some smartass kid trying to pull a fast one
he didnt care and asked me "do you want to go to jail for being drunk in public?"
i told him i dont have any alcohol in my system
the last drink i had was at 6 in the evening
it was midnight
he told me to stand in front of his car with my hands on my head while he gave me a citation
all the while assholes are walking past pointing and laughing at me
i walk up to him my hands on my head and ask him if i can take a breathalyzer test or something to prove i wasn't drinking
he says no
finally he comes up to me with my driver's license and tells me hes just going to give me a warning
and told me it's illegal to consume in public
as if im supposed to be eternally grateful fuck that
i tell him i know and walk off

i hate confusion

i woke up went to class
super tired
and decided to skip my 930
i come home and take a nap
in the middle of my sleep
im dreaming that im driving north on 35 and i stop to change the song on my ipod
and it's raining
i look up from my ipod and see a semi truck turned 180 facing me and 4 other cars piled up
right as this huge flash of lightning strikes
seeing this made my heart jump and instantly made me wake up
